Relocation of Intercontinental San Salvador called for a luxury hotel with 192-key near Multiplaza. Its new location includes brand new office towers and a cultural center which the new hotel will serve. The first floor includes public programs such as restaurants, bars, and a secured outdoor space. Its second floor will host conferences for surrounding offices, which lead into a private outdoor pool deck on the third floor.

As part of the newly developed plaza, the first floor of the hotel contains a restaurant and bar with outdoor seating to create a resting destination for wandering guesses.
The public realm of the first floor extending all throughout the property, which then can be used for public gatherings, and private events. Guesses of the hotel are provided with an outdoor pool deck along with a private spa on the third floor.
